Thief mode
Thief mode is the free 2 play mode of the game. It allows playing and earning without owning a pirate. However chances to find 25 PGLD (in one of the four chests) is based on the rate of treasures lost by other players within the last 24 hours.

Ship maintenance
After each hunt, a ship will require a maintenance time, where duration is based on the ship capacity (the higher the capacity is, the longer the maintenance time will be). This feature will help balance the game mechanics and increase the ships usage.

Skip treasures during a hunt
During a hunt, a player will be able to skip (expire immediately) a treasure. The number of "skip" actions for a hunt will be determined by the crew Mercy skill and the distance from the treasure to skip.
